Orange Regional Conservatorium Schools Superband Concert

The Orange Regional Conservatorium (ORC) presents a mega concert featuring schools from around the Central West. All schools involved have vocal and instrumental programs run through the ORC for their students and each school will be performing an individual work as part of the concert. Some 200 students will then converge and form a SuperBand, conducted by Phil Rees OAM, performing and making music together in the Orange Function Centre. Every instrumentalist will have the chance to be involved, from woodwind and brass, to strings, to percussion and guitars, and vocalists. This showcase gala event will encapsulate the energy and enthusiasm of making music in the community, with friends, family, tutors, and volunteers all coming together to create a massive event.
