Ukulele Jam Session

Everyone is welcome to join the Dukes of Uke ukulele club at the Binary Music Studio Cleveland for an all-in uke jam led by Len Henderson.

Sing and strum to hits from the 50’s to now followed by morning tea (bring a plate to share).

Goats climbing onto SYDNEY trains

Two of the three members from Ukelele trio Goats Can Eat Anything will play and sing our way from Lithgow station on the 7:24am service to Central.

we perform a unique mix of timeless toe tapping tunes to modern masterpieces and the odd self-penned song.

we rehearse weekly in a garage and Lithgow and occasionally at pubs in the area  come and join us on kazoo or sing along!

The Con Artists Make Music 2019

The Con Artists celebrate Make Music 2019 with a popup concert outside The Wollongong Town Hall.


Led by David Rooney and Mark Holder-Keeping, The Wollongong Conservatorium’s all ages community band combines young up and coming Con students, adult community musicians, and some of the regions most prominent folk musicians, playing dissident and celebratory folk music from around the world. Fun and irreverent, The Con Artists are a carnival of percussion, wind, brass, accordions and fiddles. ​

  • 9:00 am – Haberfield Public School Intermediate Band
  • 10:15 am – Haberfield Public School Junior Band
  • 12:15pm – Lunch Break – 30 minutes
  • 1:15 pm – Haberfield Public School Senior Band
  • 3:30 pm – Haberfield Public School Senior String Ensemble & Training String Ensemble

 

5:30 pm – Haberfield Public School Recorder and Senior String Ensemble & Recorder
