ATTENTION: Canberran comrades, Operation: CBR Sonic Odyssey is on the horizon! The Soul Defender will roll out on the 21st of June, delivering a blast of CBR beats across the city from the deep south through to the very top of Canberra, from 11:00 through 15:00.
The Soul Defender needs YOU to be its sonic strategist. Help curate the ultimate Canberran playlist to echo through our streets. Your mission brief: Contribute your favourite Canberra-made track from any era through the website and together, we’ll create a symphony that reverberates through the heart of our city. Of course, no Soul Operation would be complete without the Soul Defender being armed to the teeth with its usual artillery from the glowing SOUL sign to multiple bubble cannons, we’ve got you covered.
We’re harnessing the power of Canberran creativity, amplifying local talent and sharing it city-wide, Soul Squadron, over and out!

The Soul Defender is an urban artwork and mobile festival stage. It was a war machine (1984 Army Mack R6x6) converted to defend our souls with feel-good music, bubbles, fun lighting and uplifting performances. Okay, over and out for real this time.
