Make Music Day Winter Solstice Musical Celebration!

Elwood Community Choir in Melbourne has had a ball participating in Make Music Day since 2019. During lockdowns in 2020 and 2021 we pivoted to Zoom, and joined with other local community music groups to have joyful and crazy Zoom Zingalongs. Now we will do it LIVE! Elwood Community Choir, ZING! Sing in Dutch, Prahran Accordion Band, and maybe more groups, will come together to warm ourselves up through sharing songs, singing Winter Solstice chants, dancing, and generally creating an evening of musical fun in the midst of Winter!

We will be sharing songs in a wide range of styles, and making music together!
Guests are welcome, but RSVP is essential. Please email director@zingsingindutch.com (preferably by 15th June) if you wish to attend.
Triple vaccination is highly recommended for all attendees.
Winter Solstice head-dresses/hats/cloaks are encouraged!
