Groove is in the Heart
To Celebrate Make Music Day on 21 June 2024, South Regional TAFE Margaret River and Arts Margaret River have opened the Main Theatre of Margaret River HEART – Nala Bardip Mia for a day of technical and musical discovery.
TAFE students will get the opportunity to watch and learn the inner workings of a world class sound system, then grace the main stage to perform their own original works.
There will also be two 15-minute performances by local musicians on the big stage that has seen the likes of Hank Marvin, The Waifs, John Butler and a host of other renowned international acts.
Come to see the future of music grace the stage and to celebrate the joy of music.

10 am – 12 pm – TAFE students only, sound checks, mixing desk 101
12 – 2:30 pm – Music performances – FREE EVENT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
2:40 pm – Doors close
